Legalization is the official verification that a signature, stamp or seal on a document is true and genuine. Having a document legalized surely doe not mean that all the contents in it are correct and accurate, nor does it carry any kind of official approval by the Commonwealth and Foreign Office. You can simply legalize the documents, but cannot translate them or offer any other kind of services.  Firstly, you need to check the signatures, stamp or the seal on the document against the database, then attach an apostille ( the legal term used for legalization certificate) in order to confirm that it is genuine.
