Ok, so you’re more than a little disappointed with the speed of your computer.  If you’re running Windows Vista it could very well have to do with the lack of physical RAM in your computer.  There are a few ways to try to circumvent this problem if you can’t buy more RAM right away.  Defrag the hard drive, run a registry cleaner, and run a spyware remover.

The best Vista registry cleaner is probably RegCure or Registry Mechanic.  Both programs are quality and will allow you to thoroughly clean the registry of all the obsolete and invalid files and folders that tend to build up over time.  Doing this can really help speed up a slow computer.  Make sure to use the startup manager tool as well to help improve your boot speed.
