Although many people shy away from technology, there are so many reasons to buy digital cameras. One of my four-year-old daughter’s favorite things is to have me take her picture with a digital camera so she can see the image instantly. Of course, she won’t have any recollection of a traditional camera where you have to wait for the film to get developed before you can see the picture. Digital cameras are a perfect example of instant gratification. They are also very helpful when you need to see if you “got” the picture you wanted before going and having it printed.
