Jumping to Dunk

Dunking is an art that few people are able to master. If you want to be one of those people you need to learn how to jump higher and dunk. First you need to determine which type of jump you will do to dunk with. There is either the one-legged or two-legged jump. If you jump off of one leg, then you want to have quick motions and bend your knees as little as possible before you take off. As long as you can stay smooth, quick, and knees hardly bent then you should be able to jump as high as your body is able to. If you jump off of two-legs then you should not get a running start. Stand next to the basket and bend your knees pretty low. Once you bend your knees power up and launch into the air.
