The beds and rugs left behind
Early Friday morning I got a call from the property management company that I had hired to watch over some of my properties. The reason they were calling me was to inform me that one of my tenants had moved out and left a few things behind. I was told there were some beds and nice jute rugs still in the house. I asked if the tenants had left any word about paying the back rent or picking their stuff up. I was told that they hadn’t and I needed to make some arrangements to store their belongings. I called a storage company I know.
