My son had a hard time grasping the potty training concept.  He was resistant to it because to the whole process because he was afflicted with Down’s syndrome.  It’s hard for him to communicate with us so we never knew if he was about to go.  I wanted nothing but for my child to feel comfortable.  A friend recommended Kushie Cloth Diapers so it would prevent leaks but at the same time my child would be conscious that he was getting wet.  It worked like a charm because even if my child was struggling to tell me that he’s wet, the diapers helped him be more aware of his surrounding.
