Your Sinus Headache - What to Do
Sinusitis is the condition which causes a sinus headache. Sinusitis is a result of the blockage of sinuses by bacterial or viral infections, or cold and allergy attacks. Sinus headaches are common among people who are easily prone to cold or susceptible to allergy. They also affect people who suffer injury in the bones or who have some kind of nasal deformity. If an individual has a nasal deformity, he or she is at the high risk of catching sinusitis. The deformity can prevent the sinuses from draining into the nose openings and this can lead to blockage and sinus headache. These headaches have no genetic or hereditary connections and are purely a result of an individual’s body conditioning.
