The Belly Fat Battle
There are literally hundreds of techniques and products designed to get rid of stomach fat. Most of these are variations on the traditional sit-up so they are not necessarily revolutionizing exercise or weight loss. That is not to say that these products do not work, it is simply to say that abdominal muscles are not a new scientific discovery and have been included in exercise routines for decades. There are certain facts that cannot be denied when talking about getting rid of the belly fat (Bauchfett weg). The most important of which is that you can not target train in order to lose weight in a specific area. You can train different muscles to make them bigger and stronger so that they will burn more fat, but you can’t determine which fat cells your body will choose to burn in order to make energy. As you put on weight, your body stores it in different areas so naturally when you begin to burn fat from your body, it will come off in close to the same order that it was added.
