Taking Into Account Nutrition and Health
I just am not into the bandwagon before. I mean who has the right to tell you that you should not eat this or that just because a pyramid has been designed to teach people what things should they be taking in abundance and which should be taken in moderation? Nutrition and health are not really a big issue for me until I proven my self wrong. As I gained more weight I have learned to see the reality about keeping nutrition and health on top of my list. Perhaps limiting your self and restraining your appetite is not a very palatable thing but when you factor in nutrition and health, things will really change.
