Learning The Sport of Rugby!
I really like sports and especially like learning new ones. While in college, I tried the sport of rugby and loved it. The main thing I didn’t like about playing it was doing all the leg lifts our coach insisted we do. This is a body weight exercise which requires you to lie flat on your back and raise your legs approximately six inches off the ground and hold them up in the air for the required length of time, which was determined by the coach. I believe he really enjoyed watching the pain on our faces derived from our convulsing stomach muscles.
