Get Thin Fast Without Junk Food

Do you have a chronic craving for junk food? Are you tempted every time you smell french fries, cinnamon rolls, or banana splits? These foods are fine occasionally, but you know that you have to consciously avoid them if you want to get thin fast. One important rule to have is ‘thou shalt not bring chemical-laden food into your house’. All junk food has lots of chemicals. These chemicals are likely to cause your body to hang on to fat. And if you bake sweets from scratch–well, that is better, but the sugar and flour are detrimental to a weight loss diet.

What you need to do is find a diet that will satisfy your appetite with healthful and delicious foods that you like. The more you eat the right foods, the more you will like them, and the less you will crave their ‘junky’ alternatives.
