I find that our portable beach umbrella has a lot more uses than just providing shade at the beach. I keep it in the trunk of my car and find that it comes in handy when go to family reunions or other outdoor picnics. We often set up the umbrella and use it to shade the food table. I was walking the dog last night when I saw that Richard had bought a new truck. Richard had been having some financial problems a few months back until he got a new job which paid him a lot more money. I guess it really did pay more because the truck he bought was loaded. He and I are in the same industry together and maybe I should switch jobs.

My dad gave me a call the other day from an unknown number.  When I asked him where he was, he told me that he was strolling along a beach in Mexico.  I was scared to ask what he was up to, but he started to tell me that he had gotten into some mexico real estate deals, and he was going to be building a number of condos on the coast.  Apparently the land was bought for very little money, so the chance for profit is huge. I was really happy to hear that.  And I really can’t wait to go down and visit!
