Last weekend, my boss decided that we were going to all go on a leadership retreat.  I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but when he pulled his jeep into the office parking lot later that day, he had a hitch bike rack mounted on the back, with four bicycles loaded up.  I knew that we were clearly in for a real adventure.  He and I enjoy bike riding any chance that we get, and it was only a matter of time before he would figure out a way to incorporate this hobby into the work environment.  I just hope everyone else enjoys it as much as I do!
