To Be a Top Chef
I work at a restaurant, and they are going to be expanding soon. I know that it is a good time for me to learn all of my skills so that I can get one of the head chef positions. I think that in order for me to get that title, I need to go to france culinary school right away. If I tell them that I am going over there to get more experience so I can be better for the business, I think they will let me take some time off to get more practical skills in french cuisine.
